What is your return policy?
Each order is custom and printed on demand, therefore we do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 30 days. If there is a defect and you do not want want a replacement a refund will be provided. Please contact us via our support page here or email us at email@example.com with a picture of the defected product, your order number and the name on the order.
What shipping service do you use?
We use UPS Mail Innovations. The package is delivered to your door by USPS. You will get your packages in an average of 5 days. You will also receive notification and tracking information when the order has shipped
We use Asendia USA. Asendia uses a service called International Priority Airmail (“IPA”). IPA travels by air then as priority in-country. The average transit time is 9-13 Days and this service is available throughout the world. You will also receive notification and tracking information when the order has shipped.
Our apparel and custom printed products are printed on demand. Please allow 5-6 business days for order processing during off-peak months and 9-12 business days for peak seasonal months. Once your order is fully processed and shipped, you will receive an instant notification with tracking information. Thank you for understanding!
How do you print your shirts?
Our shirts are printed via Direct-To-Garment (DTG), we use Kornit machines, which are the gold standard in the industry.
Can I request a specific design?
Yes! We are constantly working on improving our current designs and creating new and trendy ones! If you would like to submit your own designs or ideas and be a part of our creative designs team, please contact us!

To keep true to our 51/49 principle of always giving more than you take, we pledge 51% of the proceeds to veterans and animal shelters/volunteer organizations.
Our mission is to battle the serious issue of homeless veterans and homeless/abandoned cats and dogs. We believe that these are issues that society has often turned a blind eye to. We hope that by battling the homelessness issues on two fronts, we could provide new homes for veterans and animals as well as creating new companionship for both the veteran and his/her pet companion counterpart.
